With Kred community influence and outreach scores appended to every post, Radian6 customers can instantly uncover the content making the greatest impact in Kred’s communities connected by shared interests and things in common, like Moms, Tech and Fitness.
The screen shots in this post show show off a taste of the invaluable influence analytics that Kred brings to the Marketing Cloud. Search on any keyword to see the communities mentioning it most, then click on them to discover the individual posts that are shared most and the people who created them. You can also segment the mentioners in a community by their influence and outreach scores.
